Working with clay

In my studio, many food vessels have been hand pinched, fired and glazed to house a specific food or beverage. 

The preparing of fresh foods is enjoyed even more when served on the perfect plate or bowl. 

I am an architect wannabe.

I designed and built our house in VT and have renovated other homes as well. Building is a great creative outlet... my love for living spaces, materials and structure

all rolled into one.

Flowers

Flowers seem to make their way into many things I design.

There is such a mystery in how beautiful flowers are. Is it possible they all come from a single seed?

I have been growing and photographing flowers and vegetables since my early 20's.
